- 12 grams of Chia seeds
- 1,5 cup of Milk
- Half Papaya
- put the milk and papaya in a blender a
- blend to get a homogeneous mixture
- pour in a glass
- add 12 grams of chia seeds
- stir well with a wooden spoon
- let the drink sit for 1 hour
- drink a glass one hour before your first meal
- another glass one hour before your dinner (3 hours before going to bed)
- drink for 3 weeks
- make a 3-week pause
- repeat if needed.
