This is an information that made my day because I love beer.
And every time when I would drink one I had to apologize to my belly mussels.
Now thanks to science I feel free to say that one beer a day will keep the doctor away.
Researcher have proven that thanks to its components ( flavinoids and prenylflavonoids) and the process of making beer has many health benefits (helps to menopausal women,cancer prevention,increases liver intestinal metabolism and a lot more).
If you drink one beer a day you lower the risk of cardiovascular disease.
And the thing that impressed me most in this article is this sentence :
“Scientists say ‘From a nutritional standpoint, beer contains more protein and B vitamins than wine”.
So how cool is this?
